What to expect when you request a quote

Whether you call us or fill out the form below, we'll need to work out a few things before we can accurately quote for your bespoke requirements.

Here's a short list of things we may need to know from you:

• Location Address: Depending on your requirements, we may need to arrange a site visit to analyse the area
  • Area of operation: To ascertain we have the resources in your area within your timeframe
  • Area Size: We can clean a tiny room, a huge building complex or anything in between. The cleanable square footage is obviously a key factor of costs
  • Applicable Service(s): Using our expertise, we can recommend the best group of services that are most suitable to you. This exercise often saves you money
  • Requirement discovery: Ensure all unknown requirements are discovered. For example are there any unique Health & Safety or Risk Management requirements you may not be aware of
• Scope of the project. What is/isn't included in your quote. Ranging from basic cleaning to specialised services
• Frequency of each job that makes up the project. How often will each service be required? Daily, Weekly or even Ad-Hoc?
